SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time based upon the weight and destination of your order. You will be given a choice of all available shipping methods and the applicable pricing during the checkout procedure.

We can not ship to PO/APO/FPO boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address in the checkout section

STANDARD TRANSIT TIMES

These are the shipping methods we offer through UPS, and the standard transit times they represent. Please keep in mind that transit times DO NOT include the day the order is placed. They also DO NOT include weekends.

In the event you take advantage of an occasional "free shipping" offer, your order will be shipped via the lowest cost delivery method, whether USPS or UPS.

Ground: 2 to 6 days average transit time, depending on location. US only. We are located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Standard ground shipping times range from 1-2 days in the Southeast, 2-3 days in Midwest and New England areas, and 4-6 days in the Western US. Ground shipping times are NOT guaranteed by UPS.

3 Day Select: 3 days transit time. US only.

2nd Day Air: 2 days guaranteed transit time. US only.

Next Day Air Saver: Next day air delivery, guaranteed by the end of day. US only.

Next Day Air: Next day air delivery, guaranteed by 12:00pm. US only.

Standard to Canada: 7 to 10 days average transit time, depending on location. Canada only.

Worldwide Expedited: 4 to 6 days average transit time. International orders only.

Worldwide Express: 2 to 3 days average transit time. International orders only.

Worldwide Express Plus: 1 to 2 days average transit time. International orders only.

EXPEDITED ORDERS

EXPEDITED orders (Next Day, 2nd Day, & 3-Day Select) must be placed by 1:00pm EST to guarantee same day shipping.

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA

All shipments to Canada are subject to your standard GST and PST taxes, plus Canadian custom release fees. Customs merchandise duties - normally around 12% to 18% of the total order value, based on the types of products purchaesd - will be assessed by Canadian customs. A flat $10.00 UPS brokerage fee will apply on all orders up to $200.00 in total value. UPS brokerage fees for orders exceeding $200.00 start at around $42.00, and increase based on the total order value. Therefore, if your order total exceeds $200.00, it is recommended that you choose either "Worldwide Expedited" or "Worldwide Express" as your shipping option. Although the shipping cost is higher on these options, it is offset by the fact that there are NO brokerage fees charged when using these shipping methods.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all other countries, brokerage fees, taxes, and duty imposed by customs in your country can not be accurately estimated. These charges will be your responsibility.
